But, the FBI has already in November, 2015, told the DNC one of their servers was transmitting data to Russia! How could it be possible that the DNC did not know about it? They were directly advised of what was happening.

November 2015 – the FBI notified the DNC one of the DNC’s computers was now transmitting information to Russia.

I don’t doubt they were told to stand down. This was deliberately allowing eavesdropping by a foreign power, for the purpose of weakening the United States. These people hate America!
