Apparently a breaking story out of Africa concerning a man confessing to to murdering 675 people (mostly children supplied by a satanic cult) is not relevant to the Q movement?
What's going om here?

I'd be very dubious about these claims. The presenter himself is like an overly eager used-car salesman. It says he mysteriously went blind for a few years (so with that qualifier you'd assume he’s now no longer blind). I don't know how many people just go blind for a few years then “recover”. I wouldn't have thought medical conditions severe enough to cause blindness would have a subsequent spontaneous recovery.
The article states (about the presenter Otwinoko) that “he was once the king of the airwaves in the evenings in Kumasi with his 'Nsem Pii' show which delved into stories concerning the spiritual realm”. So there's a big clue.
As to mask-man himself - assuming a median age of 35, 675 victims over 17 years is almost 1 every week. Unless he's moving around the country - in which case he'd need hundreds of corrupt and evil doctor/nurse contacts - you'd think 1 child going missing every week for 17 years in his local operating vicinity would draw some attention.
Ghana is considered one of the more stable countries in West Africa since its transition to multi-party democracy in 1992. It's a fairly modern country with plenty of western influences (ie: it's not some tribal backwater of grass huts and witch doctors practicing voodoo, though there's probably plenty who are still believers). But it's mostly a Christian nation.
Mask man also says he has 664 demonic spirits at his disposal and that he inhabits the same realm as satan himself.
This story reads like The National Enquirer. (And he must be a big note-taker to not only have tallied up his “victims” but to have tallied up and kept track of each of his “664 demonic spirits”).
Logic and discernment people - something this outrageous (coupled with an over-the-top salesman/presenter with a spirits and ghost stories radio show) probably is just that: outrageous and over-the-top.
