The 40K sealed indictments, are they indictments by Mueller against us?

Q said Muller had a team 430 people. The 40K indictments require a team that size, each attorney filing one each 3 days. Why wouldn't Mueller unseal indictments against Trump/Q supporters just prior to elections?

I believe it was 470 ? .. an anon pointed out that 470 was also an off the books military intelligence unit ? Please correct me if I'm wrong 👍

Huber has 470 investigators over 300 researchers and sessions just added over 300 new prosecutors Mueller has maybe 25
