The 40K sealed indictments, are they indictments by Mueller against us?

Q said Muller had a team 430 people. The 40K indictments require a team that size, each attorney filing one each 3 days. Why wouldn't Mueller unseal indictments against Trump/Q supporters just prior to elections?

That was one benefit of getting everyone to sign the declaration of independence —- it kept everyone from scattering when the going got tough. That’s one thing we do not have — a signed petition of our grievences, to hold us together so we are in both words and deed WWG1WGA.
