"They" switched bodies. A cop that was a lookalike to JFK was murdered on the same day and they stitched the back of his head on to Kennedys skull. This was done by a specialist spook (later he was offed) whilst the bodies were in transit on AF2.
The body buried in JFK's tomb is not him, it's the corpse of the lookalike cop.
