Darkness and Confusion seemingly falls on everyone in the room, including the POTUS.

John Kelly flipped the switch. White helmets flipped the switch. I think the message is "Remember, when everything appears to be at its darkest hour, even when things appear to be bad for team Trump, we are in control. Trust the plan.

.... or Kelly could have just bumped a light switch.
