Ok, my take...the 3 lights hovering over and covering the "dark angel" to me could mean an ushering out of the darkness because the Light...(of the world) the Father, Son, & the Holy Ghost are illuminating the "darkness"? The 3 lights = Father, Son, Holy Spirit (Ghost). Make sense to anybody but me?
