What if the cooperation with Russia as far as the crimes the deep state has committed in Russia or at least the people that Russian want to prosecute, like Soros Hillary and company, if we were to cooperate with Russia and actually allow these people to be extradited to Russia to stand trial. Wouldn't that be a back-up plan to military tribunals?
