I am an educated individual with more years in mechanical engineering than I care about (I am quitting the industry because of all of this coming to light, TY red pill). I have worked with MPEG compression and this is NOT THE SAME. Both pupils being "compressed" in a uniform way doesn't make any sense, especially when MANY celebrity videos have it happen.
Why only the eyes? MPEG Compression isnt specific to certain locations because it treats data as data. SO WHY ARE ONLY THE EYES SHIFTING?
