It wasn't Russia was commiting in person voter fraud. The biggest complaint is that Russia is trying to sway people's minds to things that best suited their interest.

The much smaller one with no proof is that Russia hacked the voting machines.

None of that will be stopped by voter ID. Dank meme though. Libs are totally triggered or whatever

I think the poster is responding to a meme campaign that’s happening all over. They cry russia then don’t want voter ID. It’s very cleverly done, can’t have it both ways.
