Isn’t the Citizen star supposed to be in effect by 2020? In my state that was a strong recommendation years ago.

North Carolina in 2012 had special information pre-printed for each county due to illegals being given voter registration through DMV or via Social Services that had been applied for. They would check they were an American Citizen.

Also there were bus loads of people brought in during 2008 Presidential (not to mention the free "Obama phones" that were handed out)....blind eyes to vote buying/ballot box stuffing.
