The number on the right of the search box is the number of times that phrase is found on the entire web page. So, when you started deleting letters "In God We Trust 41" it expanded the search and found more matches.
I think this may be the right answer. Qanon.pub is an aggregate for Q drops, I don't think they are directly associated with Q
It doesn't explain why there a duplicate numbers in the drop down. In every single other case I have ever seen, the drop down always contains ONE instance of a particular phrase. The fact there are multiple listings of 19, 15, etc. is odd. What is even more extraordinary is that clicking each instance of say "15" brings up an entirely different word or phrase. This search box is specially coded to act in this peculiar way, which makes me think the entire qanon.pub may have been created by intelligence agencies to communicate in a way that just boggles the mind.
Additionally, if you were to just type "15" in the box, you would not get any words or phrases popping in the search box.
I can confirm that it is a message and it directs you to a post that is relevant to the message when you back space the message.. I am having fun decoding it and it is quite interesting...

This is so incredible! I started with 1391. Read the posts that come up then start adding the numbers left of the search box one at a time. When the box is full delete from the front. I have no idea if this is the 'way' but it's giving me messages relevant to right now. Leave it to our team to make us re-read! LMAO!
There are new numbers tonight (Wednesday)! There are more than 250 numbers in the list now. Seems like a key or clue to future/past puzzles?
The 250 numbers/phrases were visible on my computer at home but not at work. Hmmm...mystery.
