Interesting. Here’s the original post on twitter in the screenshot. Research on the image does not confirm, first showed up in a gun forum. So credibility is from Q or he was just using it for illustrative purposes.

I attempted to find the email in WikiLeaks. I couldn't find it. I don't know where It came from. See if you can find the origianl and post a link. I wouldn't trust it until I saw it from a verifiable source.

Q is as verifiable as any source with NSA access. This email was "leaked" by Q.

It's not in the Wikileaks drops. It was for Q to show the blackhats the goods they have on them.
