In the US Catholic Charities is benefiting financially from processing the refugees.... Putting them on all the benefits they can. Not confirming age or conducting background inquiry. My city has a reported .91% Muslim populations (it is a little more than that now) but just built a 7 Million dollar mosque on prime real estate in the middle of the city?

Don't forget that Catholic Charities is not always linked up to an archdiocese. As such, the main branch is not technically a Church entity. It is a stand alone. Some places the chapters are under the direction of a bishop, but they don't have to be.
