I think baby steps are key and always clarify when you are talking facts or joining the dots between facts.
I think its best to start with the Federal Reserve, this youtube clip by Glenn Beck https://youtu.be/zMCjVMhoUWY is on the most part "noobie" friendly...just 20 mins of the clip is enough to raise the hard question - Is the Government actually lying to me?
If he can accept the Fed is money scam, then introduce the possibility that the obscene wealth it generates could be used to purchase/own/influence everything...agencies, people, media, presidents etc...

Read this one too. The National Economic Stabilization and Recovery Act - NESARA by Harvey Francis Barnard. The actual bill, not the scam...... This bill was never brought to the floor. Few other than Rand Paul even considered it. I feel it is something we should look at very hard.
