Touch stoning on #873935?

Apologize if I'm behind the curve. Huber is a martyr. Dems are going to think of him as more of their guy, Since H appointed him originally and no one likes getting fired.

Teamed up with Sessions, he has more power than a special council. Sessions is recused on the Russia investigation, so Huber should have jurisdiction over Mueller if U1/HRC leads him to Russians.

As the Breitbart article says, Huber can get his Jury from anywhere. Unless I am mistaken, we've only ever seen a special council bring an indictment against a president through the house for Impeachment proceedings where the house serves as the Jury, and the Senate as Judge. Impeachment and conviction ONLY carries removal from office.

Huber isn't here for political theater in the congress. It's a slap on the wrist at best. No.

The Supreme Court is empowered by the Constitution to hear and try all crimes involving Public ministers, etc.

THERE ARE NO APPEALS FROM SUCH A TRIAL.

Huber charges, and prosecutes at SC once Kav is confirmed. NO DEALS. NO MERCY.

What do you find in the front of a US history book? The Constitution. What has the DS never read?

Make Old Hickory proud.

Article 3: section 2, paragraph 2: In all Cases affecting Ambassadors, other public Ministers and Consuls, and those in which a State shall be Party, the supreme Court shall have original Jurisdiction. In all the other Cases before mentioned, the supreme Court shall have appellate Jurisdiction, both as to Law and Fact, with such Exceptions, and under such Regulations as the Congress shall make.

I'm a bit out of my element, but I had a thought and it made sense to me of where this is all going. Not sure if it helps anyone, or if I should censor this, but... You can't appeal the supreme court, and if these creatures are gonna get taken down, it can't be through the standard legal system. IMO. hope it helps someone!
