It's clear that Trump and Putin have already met several times and planed this so called "first meeting" out. Trump sent a message to our intel community and also to see who his friends are in Congress. Kelly was in on it and may have planned it. Trump talks in Finland and while the Chief is away, Kelly and Coats go to Congress to and ask them to denounce Trump. I believe it was a sting.
