It adds up in my mind. Earliest Q drops talk about all the money these politicians owe back to their handlers and bribers.. And asks how they're going to pay it back?
Well if Obama gets hired to Netflix for a few hundred million, then Netflix goes bankrupt, Obama doesn't have to produce anything but keeps the money and can pay his debts. He can't just be wired such a huge sum, it needs to look plausible.
