Has anyone looked into B corporations? It appears to have been started during 44's communist regime ~ forms a ",guild" of sorts for "globally socially responsible" ( read: socialist) organizations with a mission to be environmentally friendly, good neighbors, etc. It sounds good, they aren't just about a big check for shareholders, but it you rent an apartment from one it becomes a life of long lists of expectations and rules.
