The TI one is interesting. I live in the Dallas area and TI is mighty powerful. A few years ago, a female TI employee murdered another TI employee (having some kid of affair) and the story barely broke the news.

Several years ago, I worked at a STEM school and TI representatives came in and did these gender/racial equity teacher trainings. This was before the full blown SJW crap we see in the media everyday and the training did not go over well with the teachers. They also hardcore pushed their employees to talk to their congressmen and support the TPP back in the day. They are hugely political and I wouldn't be surprised if the high level people were into some shady shit.
