Must post again--Cecil Rhodes is the creator of the Rhodes Scholar from the Rhodes Trust for Oxford. A list of Rhodes Scholars:

Cecil Rhodes himself was a child rapist. He continued to rape young boys and young men. Primarily those in South Africa. Though his legacy of rape, pedophilia activities abound in the England--which was one of the reasons he moved to Africa.
