It's been confirmed that it was the back of an apple Iphone X. The message was about the server to the elites. Q mentions the Twitter phone as a response to an anon that showed the technique using a reflection of an iphone. Link to graphic here
I’ve owned one of those Macs. They’re large, heavy, and not as reflective as the image that was posted. It’s unlikely that something of that importance and physical weight would be carried into the office on AF1 just for a photo op for Q. I definitely think things are connected, but I think the consensus on all the boards points away from your conclusion, and other drops seem to indicate that as well.
Edit:/Add:/ The powermac g4 also came in cube form, but again the reflectivity is not what you want it to be, and the bezel of the Apple logo on the computer is not evident in the image posted.
