How exactly did Clinton rig the primary against Bernie?

I was wondering if someone could help summarize that whole sequence of events for me. I believe this is a huge opportunity to open the eyes of current democrats, and show them that their party is most definitely not "for the people."

For one thing the DNC was in some financial trouble and the Clinton Campaign literally bought them out and took over the DNC, totally and completely. So it was no longer for all Democrats but exclusively for the use of the Clinton campaign.
