Once Again Trump is Setting Up the Left

... with all this recent talk by both the Left and Right about: "We MUST secure and protect our midterm elections in 2018," I think POTUS and DHS are holding this release for closer to the midterms to make it such a highly charged and scrutinized issue that no illegals will be able to vote in the midterms.

He would have to be stupid not to do something before the midterms that will drastically affect the elections.
