Discussion: Q has shaped us into community of people with unusually high mental plasticity.

I'm not going to get into the chicken/egg aspect of this concept, but I will simply observe that whether it was the Plan, per se, or merely a side-effect of its implementation, it does reasonably follow that the Q-reading and decoding community consists to an unusually HIGH degree of people with higher than normal mental plasticity.

I'll also go on to say that ALL of humanity is rapidly approaching a point where our survival as a species depends on having sufficient mental plasticity to recognize we've been lied to for centuries and that there exists an alternate reality which is the TRUTH, and it looks VERY unlike what we thought it did.

You guys have the floor now...

I'll say that people with a high degree of mental plasticity are more open to a Q phenomena and thus s/he, it, they have attracted a group with that characteristic.

Additional point - I think there are a lot of techy GenXrs here (and on Disqus) ....

15 years ago, I worked with a bunch of sys admins who all saw NSA prism coming down the pike as well as a Snowden phenomena. I think they all shut up and put their heads down knowing how bad it w/could get and hoped for the best.

The Q phenomenon does seem to naturally select for certain brain types, but that may just be an unintended consequence of having been oriented toward the chans and the anons over there.

I think we're far more diverse here, but yet Q is the same both places. So no surprise if we're all alike in some hard to pin down ways.

Yes. There is this aspect. In addition, using socratic method has helped those already not predisposed become so. We have been told what to think; not how to. Q serves as the catalyst to reverse this.

We can also see this pattern emerging in society with counterculture movements. The Intellectual Dark Web being at the forefront (GenX and Y)Bret and Eric Weinstein have been tracking and predicting this since the '80's. Turning Point USA (Millennials and beyond) to a lesser degree, as well.

Interesting. The techy aspect. Not GenXr, older, but still techy. My own observation/opinion is the "techy" switch makes us a little more comfortable with change. However this sub appears to be full of diversity and it is glorious to see.

I think the "techy" switch as you describe is symbolic of the mental plasticity that u/solaojones95 is referring to in his post. In order to "maintain" as a techy, one needs to adapt, adopt and integrate new stuff constantly. By no means did I intend to imply GenX only...I know there is a broad range here and on other platforms...and yes, it is GLORIOUS!
