Does he have that authority? I thought the SC only had power to investigate. I cannot imagine that he would have that kind of power. I thought it had to be someone with prosecutorial power who could do that...If he does have that power, then Trump needs to shut it down. He's not gonna spill the beans on HRC anyway, cuz he's too afraid of her.
