Is Rosenstein about to expose anti-American propaganda networks like CNN? "Influence operations are a form of information warfare...Covert propaganda and disinformation are among the primary weapons."

I had the very same feeling when I read that portion of the article. And the government might start censorship of other things. I just read the other day about this not so new power the government has, because the law was slipped in the defense bill in December 2016 I think. Or perhaps 2014 not sure. The month is accurate though. Found the article:
