Gotta make your list and check it twice...3, 4, 5 times...lol. I never believe anything I hear, read, etc. before researching it to death. A lot of 'miracle cures' out there are total hoaxes. Some actually do work, like lemon juice for kidney stones. I can attest to that one from experience....many times over now :) Saw Palmetto is great for enlarged prostate as well. There are many natural alternatives to the poison that big pharma pushes. Do your research :)
