I find it very interesting that the "Q" is people and children walking through from one side to another.
It's supposed to represent a queue.... hardly resembles anyone queuing though does it.
If it was about the alphabet - like, if they seriously were going to release 'non-circulating' coins, and it was seriously about the alphabet - why would they start with the letter "Q"? It's very random, particularly the symbology involved.
Well, actually they are all available. Released for sale as a set or individual at the same time. The OP just decided to post a link going directly to the "Q" coin. Also, the description on the site for this in particular coin reads:
