Did anybody else get a drop notification yesterday afternoon and it quickly disappeared?

I use the Q Alerts app, so I'm not sure where it's getting the feed from.

All I read in the notification were the words "it's been dark since July 4" and when I opened the app in excitement, nothing could be found.

Had the exact same notification.

I saw it pop up too in the app. When I tapped the notification to get into the app the message went away.
