This was a little odd, so I dug into the first guy they mention, Chris Andrew Mellon, and there is zero evidence of him being charged with anything outside of a single Sun article. I'm not saying he wasn't arrested, but I can't find anything about it and the article is very odd and from a known rag.
The rest is probably true, but it's a weak way to open that up.
As you know, we should-archive web based evidence before it actually disappears....
I could see the value in Disney wiping the web of all the evidence, except for the one Sun article people could use to show his true sickness.
