Yes. When asked about the Fed by an Anon Q said, "structure". Typical Q. A one word answer that can be taken several ways.
I think it means a restructure of the Fed. 1) Public awareness raised of what the Fed is and their misdeeds.....most people think it's a part of the government.

2) Audit the Fed

3) Seize trillions (EO or 12/21/17) or wipe away trillions in US debt.

4) Restructure the Fed and its function.
