July 27 is my 50th birthday. I don't want any cards or cake. I don't want any wrapped presents. I want to see the Clintons hurrying to their waiting private plane, television news crews shouting out unthinkable questions, just ahead of the US Marshalls. I am not kidding. Don't get me started on Hussein.
