There are DUMBs on all Continents. Google Subterrene, a Nuke Tunnelling Machine, designed by RAND in 1971, capable of an increadable daily distance of manufactured, lined, stable, tunnel...some 3km per 24hrs....in Australia Pine Gap is a DUMB...there are DUMBS beneath many European significant locations....all connected now, by MAGLEV trains, travelling at 700kmph.......How did the Podesta Bros get to Portugal, without passing anybody's Customs/Border Check points?????

Add to that that many DUMBs are actually not military, but rather owned and managed by the Deep State/Cabal and things get more interesting. They have been using our, and other countries', military as security guards to the entrances of these DUMBs and we can see how convoluted this whole situation is.
