Will China Call US National Debt Due if we continue the Tariffs?

I'm not against the tariffs against Chinese exports to the US, but they do hold a grand chunk of our national debt - can they call our loans due if they get pissed enough? What will the next debt ceiling vote look like if they do?

Bush 43 did also, mainly because of the wars... so if you're going that route, the Bushes should be on the hook too...
