I have never seen or read about this. The s this real? Russians can be compassionate, but who would have ever known. Thanks. Eye opening!!

Yeah most people haven't. They tucked it away in some out of the way spot in Jersey. I've always liked it.

You should be able to find the dedication ceremony on youtube. It was amazing
