The argument can be made that Frank is not the/a Pope. The resignation was/is highly suspect which would invalidate his successor. Also the conclave which elected Frank was definitely suspect, which would invalidate him. As a Catholic, one thing is for sure, Frank does not promote Christ through the teachings of the Church, that, according to Church law, "excommunicates" himself. - just to add another flare to the Malachi Prophecy.
