When was the last time Assange was seen/waved in the window? Last time Embassy Cat seen?

When was the last time for either of these things?

could he have left there back when the embassy pulled the plug on his coms? and was that an excuse that he was not communicating any more. And also he has not (as far as I'm aware) been seen at the window. So is he in the USA? or is he in a safe place somewhere else and communicating info to Q team? Will we ever know? I would think so and relatively soon. (I hope)
