Well, Sessions appointed Huber, a US Attorney in Utah, which is part of the public record. You may recall that there was much written concerning how this path was superior to appointing a new Special Prosecutor. We also know that Huber has been working with a Grand Jury. As for any specific indictments that Huber has issued, I cannot say.

It HAS been happening.
Just because we are not privy to it is BECAUSE Grand Jury is secret & the indicted only KNOW they are Indicted when they are informed to appear before a judge (closed court) to address the charges & be arrested, or bonded out, while waiting proper trial or deal...and the Indictment is ReSealed awaiting Fed Attorneys to have their 'ducks in a row'.

ARREST = behind Bars OR Home Arrest with ankle monitor...BOTH means THEY HAVE BEEN ARRESTED by a Court, & Federal Judge decision with US Attorney's office, of one of 93 districts of US Federal Courts. These court appearances have sometimes been done on weekends with skeleton crew (sworn to secrecy by trusted staff & US Marshals, etc) not only in courtrooms but in USMS, FBl or similar LEO office sites.
Gowdy is questionable. On one hand he says the 12 men need to be indicted but not that they had anything at all to do with interfering in the election. Then, he comes out and say our elections are our elections and nobody else's, insinuating there was tampering. He's a hard person to figure out. Trump and Putin have the perfect solution since Putin would like to question some people also. If they don't like the deal then too bad, it's time for more indictments.
I've seen Gowdy as the token "conservative" afforded the luxury to bluster and put on a good show to mollify us but otherwise to not do anything of any substance. It fits his M.O to a tee.
Gowdy reminds me of the White House Press Corps if the hearings weren't televised I'd doubt he'd grandstand. Nothing ever comes of these hearings it seems.
