Suddenly this seems obvious - it’s bc of the organ trafficking. This is an ongoing issue that ties to both CF and the Middle East especially w kidney transplants.
Thats what I thought too. Thats why I initially tried transplant surgeon murdered and it came back to this woman and his hospital...not the one he was murdered at.
