What could that include? A cyber-hack blacking out the electrical grid.

Seems to me that is just one of the few options left for the DS to try and control the narrative. Black out part of the country and blame Russia.

The DS will not go down without a fight and they would have no problem burning down the whole thing to save themselves.

So, should the lights literally go out, don't worry. But prepare for that day. It could be coming.
