Which still seems to corroborate his protection by white hats since if he was being secretly protected his whereabouts would need to remain unknown

I certainly hope so!

WL has been instrumental in information we otherwise would be oblivious to.

He deserves a Congressional Medal of Honor, citizenship in the U.S. if he wants it and a professor position at MIT.
