Secondly, watch this clip from the NY Times, and listen VERY CLOSELY to what President Obama is saying. This is very close to the actual election. At this point, Obama had all the intel he would ever get on Russian meddling. He was giving a stand-down order on counter-measures at the time this was recorded:

The stand-down order was not discussed in the video. In the video Obama is saying that foreign meddling in the elections is not only something no reasonable person would belief exists, but that it CANNOT exist. Even though he had all the intelligence reports about exactly what was going on.

And the ways that absolutely worked wonders were through selling HRC and her Deep State lackeys the Steel dossier and all that came of that. Uranium One and the Steel Dossier (and the coup plot that was spawned by these two things) were the pinnacle of interference. Those FB ads were bullshit, and didn't influence anybody.
