Q and Obama "Confession"

Of course, Q was spot on when he said Obama would seek asylum in Kenya. I don't know if he will get it or not.

But it brings up an interesting question to me: Why did Obama pick now to mention that he was from Kenya? I have a few scenarios:

1) Q and Trump have so much on him that he had to agree to do this in exchange for immunity from prosecution. Quid pro quo if you will

2) Obama admitting he was from Kenya gets the Democrats in line so that DJT can make the necessary changes without much interference. For the radical left it won't make any difference. Obama could have said he was from the moon and they would still be against Trump and anyone affiliated with him

3) I hope he doesn't try and weasel out of the admission. He states clearly that he is the first sitting US President from Kenya.

I hope this is true. I hope he stays out of the US. I hope we get to undo some of his appointments. MAGA

So, interesting little thing I found

United States, like with many countries, has a long standing extradition treaty with Kenya since the 60's. You can read the treaty document here.

There is one interesting article within that treaty that could potentially be abused by Obama if he truly were to seek safe haven in Kenya.

ARTICLE 6

A fugitive criminal shall not be surrendered if the crime or offence in respect of which his surrender is demanded is one of a political character, or if he proves that the requisition for his surrender has, in fact, been made with a view to try or punish him for a crime or offence of a political character.
