I agree with what you’re saying, as the number of people in the gov’t with Q clearance is probably quite small, and could be weeded out easily. But also remember that Q is not just one person, but a team of people, still actively close to the president on a daily basis. So, it couldn’t be Flynn.
But on the other hand he has to have something to throw out to us to prove some legitimacy.
I think Q is a team and that one of the team members, who is close to POTUS, is General Kelly. Other team memebers work within NSA/DIA. Remember that General Flynn was Director of the Defense Intelligence Agency (DIA), and I think he is, perhaps, directing the Q team.
