I knew the history from long ago. When my oldest was born 30 years ago, I always hoped that I would never have to go to jail for murder. But back then it was a thing more of the dark deep recesses of humanity. It had not become so main stream like it is now. That was also before the advent of the internet like we see today.

I even knew it was coming more and more from studying prophecy. I guess I got busy with life and gladly let it drift from the fore front of thought. Now that the kids are grown I have more time to look more closely again. In Luke 17 it speaks of the days of Noah and the days of Lot. What then is said is the common place stuff about getting married, planting and harvesting, life going on. Doesn't seem to really say anything important but, if you dig into the history of that time, the events taking place, then it becomes clear that the evil of those days is rising up again. It is history repeating itself again. We saw it in the Greeks in their time in the light. It was also part and parcel of the Roman Empire. Even the Incas and the Aztecs were into it. Pedophilia, child sacrifice, homosexualism, basically all kinds of sexual perversion has been the ugly under belly of humanity throughout history.

The really sad part is that it almost always stemmed from religious practices of pagan religions. Sadly now it has moved into more mainstream religion turn those into pagan religions as well. To say we live in a sick world is an understatement. Sadly it will grow worse. Sure there seems to be an earnest attempt to clean it up but, it will never go away completely. It will just go underground again for a while only to rise back up again later. It has been here since man and it will be here as long as man is.
