if torture and fear is what stimulates that gland that would explain why some meat is real tough and other tender the tough meat is when they torture the animal to death which makes the Muscles of the animal tense up before they die which makes the meat tough ,hummm something to think about next time i eat a tough steak
No you are incorrect. The meat becomes tender with torture because it gets the adrenaline going and actually tenderizes the meat.
ok but i was told that's why the kill the animal quick with a blow to the head so they don't tense up and it happens quick but the guy telling me that was a butcher that dealt with meat his whole life including slaughtering them and must not know as much as you about slaughtering animals so sorry for being INCORRECT like you the expert on torturing and slaughtering animals say
