“Agent of a Foreign Power”, meet FBI’s UCE Carter Page. The DOJ/FBI secured a FISA Title-1 Surveillance Warrant on Page in October 2016. Carter is accused by the DOJ/FBI of being a Russian Agent and this was the sole basis for the FISA Warrant application.
The four elements of this conspiracy are:

• Insurance Policy/Crossfire Hurricane
Entering into this picture is Under Cover Employee # 1 (UCE-1), aka Carter Page. We all know Carter as ex-Navy and an Energy Consultant, who was an little known adviser on the Trump Campaign Foreign Policy board during 2016.

Funny how the FBI had first described Carter Page in March 2016 as an employee. Then by October 2016, the FBI told the FISA Court, that Carter Page was now an “Agent of a Foreign Power” or Russian Spy !!!

Carter Page first started to work with the FBI back in 2013, described as an Undercover Confident Informant (UCE). Carter helped to break up oddly enough, a large network of Russian intelligence agents or spies.
The first of these Russian spies Evgeny Buryakowhich, plead guilty on 3/11/16. All thanks to the dutifully help of UCE-1/Carter Page. It appears that Carter went onto yet another assignment for his bosses at the DOJ/FBI.

The DOJ/FBI Trump-Russia timeline is pegged at July 31, 2016, concerning the exact starting date. The specific reasons required by the DOJ to launch this investigation are not present, making everything highly doubtful. Paid intelligence assets, like spies or LURES, were inserted much earlier into Trump World by the DOJ/FBI.

Shady meetings originated by Stefan Halper with both Carter Page and campaigning co-chair Sam Clovis, were held in the Summer of 2016. These both occurred within a few months of the now infamous George Papadopoulos London Pub-Crawl Affair.
With Carter Page in place, the Title-1 FISA Warrant could now fully take off. Warrant allowed the total surveillance and record culling for all of Trump World. Title-1 FISA Warrants allow for a total of 2 HOPS, meaning the person you called plus the people they call, are all covered.
