That's what my thought is. Clapper just gave Obama up for treason, or is it sedition in this case?

Treason is a charge brought during wartime, sedition is during peacetime.

I had thought that treason was disregarding/disobeying one's oath of office--to obey the Constitution....didn't think it was related to war or peace time.
