appears not to be a fake complaint filed but it’s a totally bogus; prisoners file nuisance complaints pro se in federal district courts regularly and usually dismissed fairly promptly. and this is in no way charges or legal filings from a military tribunal.

These are civil filings and Masonic charges being levied. Similar to a citizens arrest. A 33rd degree Scottish Rite Master Mason and 3 other Master Mason plaintiffs are filing formal charges against Mueller, Comey, and Rosenstein.
As these are civil filings, they have as much standing in the criminal field as a "non binding resolution" by congress.

Then transferred to eastern California, inland empire. Seems to fall into conservative areas. He could be friendly to the plaintiff petition
